VIAMED 20 (Sildenafil citrate) is citrate salt of sildenafil and more commonly known as viagra, used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) or in other words impotence in men, sometimes caused by using anabolic steroids. It works by relaxing muscles that are present in the walls of blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis for up to maximal 5 hours.
VIAMED 20 (Sildenafil citrate) recommended dosage is 50mg daily although ranges from 25-100mg based on the specific tolerance, approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. But can be taken from 30 minutes to 4 hours prior. Administered once a day.
The most common potential side effects are headache, flushing, dyspepsia, abnormal vision, nasal congestion, back pain, myalgia, nausea, dizziness, and rash, this quickly disappear after the compound leaves the bloodstream
